The Clarksville Regional Airport offers two different rental spaces. Our business meeting room B comes equipped with multimedia presentation capabilities and seating for 10 guests. The large conference room A offers gorgeous panoramic views of the airfield and runway with multimedia presentation capabilities and seating for up to 100 people.

Conference Room A | 100 | $60/Hour; $90/hour-after hours & weekends | $200 |
Conference Room B | 10 | $20 Per Hour | $200 |
For the unforeseeable future, the airport will not allow bookings for private events unless it is a corporation or business-related event. We will ask for proof of the registered business.

Prices are subject to change. Your deposit and signed contract lock in the current price and is required to book your event. The deposit will be refunded via check by mail upon the room being returned to its original condition.

Please note: Normal airport operations will continue, and take priority at all times. All alcoholic beverages MUST be served by licensed bartenders.
